3 bedroom + DSQ, 140 sqm (Blocks C and F)
Cash KES 11.3M, about KES 80,700 per sqm. This is the lowest price per sqm on the list. In Block C, floors above the 7th have full park views, while Block F has none. The DSQ is a separate staff room with its own bathroom.
3 bedroom + DSQ, 145 sqm (Blocks D and E)
Cash KES 11.8M, about KES 81,400 per sqm. Selected units in Block D have partial park views and Block E has none. Choose this if you want a little more space than the 140 sqm unit.

Cash KES 13.5M, about KES 81,300 per sqm. The largest layout, suited to bigger households. With a 20% deposit on the 24-month plan the price is KES 14.4M and the deposit about KES 2.88M.
