Yes. We do WhatsApp video site visits, email sale agreements, and guide you on Power of Attorney at your nearest Kenyan embassy. All payments go directly to the developer.

Does Crest Realty handle my money?

No. Crest Realty is paid commission by the developer. We never handle client funds. You pay directly to the developer's official bank account and get official receipts.

Is the title deed ready?

Yes. Title deeds are ready and will be transferred upon full payment and handover.
